Jerome Deroy

Jerome Deroy is a business professional with a passion for transforming the workplace by improving job satisfaction, empowerment, and engagement. At Narativ, he leads the use of storytelling to deliver onboarding programs that increase role clarity, cultural assimilation, and a sense of belonging. He joined Narativ in 2007 and has worked closely with diverse clients, including Prudential, Cigna, Boerhinger Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Kaiser Permanente, and Warby Parker.

Jerome is also a regular lecturer at Parsons New School of Design in New York City, where he teaches the Art of Storytelling. He is an expert in listening, onboarding, business storytelling for sales, team building, presentation coaching, employee engagement, group facilitation, coaching, business administration, management, and entrepreneurship. Jerome's passion for storytelling has helped numerous organizations engage and empower their employees, improving their overall work experience.
